Emileth Guidotti Torres, Chef


Emileth Guidotti Torres is 26 and has received her degree in International Gastronomy from INACAP.

She is a lover of Italian food from her family tradition and did her first professional experience at the Hotel Villarrica Park Lake (five stars) in the south of Chile.

After that she was able to live one of her dreams which was to know Easter island and work at the Hotel Hanga Roa, where she learned the exquisite gastronomy of Easter Island and their exotic Polynesian culture.

After this she worked in the administration of the Italian restaurant "Al Capone" which was located in the prestigious casino "Dreams" in the city of Temuco. It was here that her knowledge as a chef was perfected.

Emilieth also is a lover of nature from when she was a child and thanks to this decided to undertake this trip to Coyhaique and become a member of the staff at the Picacho Lodge where she will bring the her extensive gastronomical skills and provide a special culinary experience to the guests.
